Grants

Agricultural Nonpoint Source Abatement & Control Grant Program assists farmers in preventing water pollution from agricultural activities by providing technical assistance and financial incentives.  SWCDs apply for the competitive grants on behalf of farmers and then coordinate funding activities.  Grants are either for environmental planning or for implementing management practices on the ground.
